As part of its policy of disseminating knowledge, AMUtech supports the organization of scientific events and conferences.

This financial support is exclusively intended to cover the costs of bringing in external speakers for symposia or theme days, and to finance the registration fees of PhD students from within the AMUtech perimeter wishing to take part.

Award conditions:

The event must :

  • Be organized or co-organized by an AMUtech member (researcher, teacher-researcher, BIATSS or PhD student).
  • Focus on a key AMUtech theme.
  • Be held in or near Marseille.
  • Have an international scope.

The amount of the AMUtech Institute's contribution is a maximum of €2,000.

 

Consideration :

The use of the AMUtech logo on communication documents is compulsory for beneficiaries.

 

Procedure for processing applications :

  • Complete the application form, specifying the project's objectives and estimated budget.
  • Send the complete application to the e-mail address indicated.
  • The application will be analyzed by the AMUtech management committee according to the criteria defined.
  • Notification of the decision will be sent, specifying the amount of any grant awarded.

  • The grant awarded must be used exclusively to finance external speakers or the registration fees of AMUtech PhD students.
