Training action

TheDoctoral Mobility 2026 call for projects, which is part of AMUtech's PhD Program, funds international mobility internships for doctoral students from research units within the institute's scope.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Work on a subject in line with AMUtech's objectives, i.e. advanced materials and nanotechnologies.
  • Be registered with a doctoral school associated with AMUtech (ED 250, ED 352 and ED 353).
  • Be supervised by an AMUtech thesis director.
  • Priority will be given to projects initiating new international collaborations and to PhD students in the first or second year of their thesis.

Funding :

  • The outgoing mobility grant is awarded for a period of between one and three months.
  • The amount is set at €600 per month for mobility within Europe and €1,000 per month for mobility outside Europe. It is paid in a single instalment, by bank transfer, at the time of departure abroad.
  • This grant can be combined with other mobility grants or scholarships (notably Erasmus+, TIGER, AMI-MESRI, PRAME mobility grants from the PACA Regional Council), with a higher education grant based on social criteria, or with an internship bonus, provided that the total monthly amount received does not exceed €2,000.

To apply, candidates must submit a complete application including :

  • CV
  • A letter of motivation and a detailed program specifying the planned dates of mobility.
  • A favorable opinion from the thesis director
  • A letter of acceptance or commitment from the host laboratory
